Guest Posting on S3 Tech News

S3 Tech News is a community-driven news site. Our news is brought to you by some of the biggest names and editors in the industry. We cherish the value of our content and therefore have strict rules when it comes to guest posting.

Pricing

We work to keep our pricing as fair as possible. Here is our current fee structure for promotional related content inclusion.

Promoted Article Placement$100

Promoted articles are any writing content on tech-related subjects up to 1000 words in length that contain promotional material and/or outbound links. Articles must have no more than [2] outbound links. Additional links are available at the rate of $10 per outbound link. Links are provided as “do-follow” only under certain circumstances. Article context must be highly focused on the subject title. Grammar, punctuation, and spelling must be legible. English readability is also an important factor. Failure to check your work before submission will result in the denial of your article placement. Any article that is denied will be assessed a $10 review fee upon the next submission. The review fee is waived on the initial submission of your article. Please take the time to double-check your work before submitting it. Please check your user dashboard for any notices related to issues with your submissions.

Topic Relevance

Don’t dive into picking a topic to write about without investigating the category you selected.

Answer these questions about the category:

  • Who is the site’s target audience? Always write with the audience in mind.
  • What are the identified categories and tags for posts? These topics indicate the brand’s SEO and the audience’s intent – a potential subject matter for your post.
  • Does the blog include bylines? If it doesn’t, decide whether the site’s value to your brand is sufficient without a byline.
  • How frequently does it publish blog posts? If the blog isn’t updated regularly or frequently, there are fewer opportunities for guest blog posts.

TIP: If your strategy calls for guest blogging on multiple sites, put together a spreadsheet to record your answers to these questions for each blog. Be sure that you only submit unique content to S3.

Unique Content

We only accept 100% unique content for inclusion. If you are found to be submitting plagiarized content, you will lose your editorial account access. This is one of our strictest guidelines. It is your responsibility to check your work for uniqueness before submitting it. This is especially important if you are submitting work from a 3rd party. We have a zero-tolerance policy in regards to duplicate content as this affects our website’s authenticity with search engines and reduces our trust as a unique content provider in general.
