Leicester City Football Club has announced that W88 will remain the club’s official partner for the 2020/21 season after the Asian company’s contract was renewed.

W88 will continue to use the Premier League club’s brand in its marketing efforts, and will also be given the opportunity to create content featuring the club’s football stars, according to the terms of the agreement.

Harj Hir, Leicester City’s Head of Partnerships, said, “We’re really pleased that W88 is continuing their partnership with us.” It’s fantastic to have such a forward-thinking brand on board, and we’re looking forward to working with them to create more unique content for our fans in the UK and around the world.

W88 first joined Leicester City at the start of the 2018/19 season, with the company having a strong presence in Asia, which is a lucrative market for many football clubs. Leicester’s reputation on the continent will grow as a result of the companies’ continued relationship, while W88 will gain access to a new global customer base.

“We’re delighted to continue our partnership with Leicester City Football Club for the 20/21 season, which allows us to grow our brand globally,” Hilly Ehrlich, Business Development Manager at W88, said.

“In addition to the increased awareness that the partnership provides, delivering content in collaboration with the players allows us to bring our customers closer to the action.”

W88VN will gain brand exposure during Leicester City match days via the club’s pitch-side LED advertising boards, in addition to the content agreements.

W88’s spokesperson said, “We are very proud to partner with Leicester City Football Club, who have experienced incredible worldwide growth since winning the Premier League in 2015/16.” “We are confident that our partnership with Leicester City will enable us to bring football fans and customers in Asia closer to the Club, and we look forward to engaging with them and developing long-term relationships.”
